Community/Social mobilization: 

 NSDG   , while implementing its program/projects as a first step, undertakes community mobilization to raise awareness in the community on health and hygiene, the importance of education in modern day affairs, gender related issues, and socio-economic development, and environmental protection. Thus,  NSDG   management holds meetings with the community members and conducts training/capacity building sessions.

Advocacy:

 NSDG    advocacy is to achieve better social/rural/community development. In other words,  NSDG   believes in advocacy. Therefore, the management has always strongly advocated for the issues related to NASCED. To achieve this objective,  NSDG   , through its strong advocacy as approached the line departments of Government of Kisumu County, NGOs, CBOs, Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), members of the community, and notables. The organization has always promoted the right based approach and supported dialogue as an essential tool for achieving the objectives mentioned above. 

Service delivery: 

 NSDG    is a staunch believer in robust and efficient service delivery in health, education, and the environment. For this purpose,  NSDG    management has always delivered services in the communities transparently, taking care of quantity and quality. It is only because of this very reason that the  NSDG    interventions have always helped meet the community's needs and achieve the desired objectives.
